Limitations on Exchanges: Please note that exchanges are only offered for items that are incorrect or damaged upon arrival. We do not provide exchanges for any other reasons.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 working days, subject to item availability.

Geographical Limitation: Currently, our shipping and delivery services are available exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping Charges: All deliveries are subject to a shipping charge.

Standard Delivery Fee within UAE: For deliveries within the UAE, a standard fee of 30 AED will be applied.
